Soba

Organic Soba is a medium flat noodle with a brown colouring that is brought about by the inclusion of Buckwheat flour. This also adds a wonderful nutty taste and texture that works well whether they are dipped cold into a simple dipping sauce or added to a more elaborate hot dish.
Somen

Organic Somen is a thin round noodle. It is make using organically grown Prime hard wheat flour, a hard-grained wheat that has a minimum protein of 13%. Somen noodles are a popular summertime dish where they are traditionally eaten cold with a dipping sauce.
Udon

Organic Udon is a big solid noodle that is made with Rosella wheat flour. A thicker noodle, Udon is particularly good in soup, but is also greatly enjoyed when eaten cold.

Organic Cha Soba is a medium flat noodle with a brown colouring that is brought about by the inclusion of Buckwheat flour also, green color from the
Green Tea. This also adds a wonderful nutty taste and texture that works well whether they are dipped cold into a simple dipping sauce or added to a more elaborate hot dish.
